Remote Support Service Prepay
$45 per incident/session

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued ONLY if remote connection cannot be established or we (beeon.net help desk) determine, that issue cannot be resolved remotely during first 10 minutes of remote support session.

Other terms: Although most issues can be resolved under 2 hours, the maximum length of remote session for single prepaid incident is 4 hours. If more time is needed we will determine on case by case basis if additional payment is needed.
